STP
STP is an essential component of your summer training. Hopkins program includes FAST, off-ice training, and on-ice skating with Katrina and additional instructors.

FAST Athletics 2:45-4 pm | Off-ice training/dryland
Minnetonka Ice Arena 4:45-5:45 pm | On-ice training
*Please note that the team does not provide transportation, but players are encouraged to carpool between FAST and Minnetonka Ice Arena.
